First and foremost, Maria is the mother of two busy boys who are the driving force behind her passion and focus. Maria has spent the past 10 years teaching fourth grade. While academic success is the focus of her instruction, she realizes every day that she has a far greater responsibility; ensuring her students understand the importance of being good and doing good. When her then friend and now partner, Julie, said, "Your work Maria... it's what good people do". Maria knew immediately it applied to not just her, but so many others. And so began the recognition of "good people".

Busy mom of four children; three grown and one still at home, Julie has been doing good work in health care for nearly 30 years. While making a living caring for the elderly and bringing them joy, Julie's heart has championed Autism and Type 1 Diabetes since 2002 as a mom of children living with both. After years of watching good people do good things in every corner of her world, Julie wanted to bring these good people their own deserving recognition. "Let's put it on a shirt!", she told her friend Maria. And that's exactly what they did.

Recent college graduate who dove head first into the world of teaching. Claudia grew up in a household where 'doing good' was more or less a weekly family outing. With a mom like Julie, and a sense of spreading goodness practically in her DNA, she has been finding ways to do good for years. More recently, as a second grade teacher, Claudia has found an entirely different value in teaching children to spread the same kind of goodness in their own lives. Despite a full plate on her hands and still figuring out how to navigate early adulthood, when her mom asked for help with a 'project', Claudia knew that she couldn't turn down the opportunity to do more good.
